Product. A Chill Pass animation is a digital product sold on a creator's ChillPass page. You get a branded animated alert showing your display name, the tier you bought and your optional message, played live on that creator's stream.
Delivery. The animation is delivered through the creator's stream overlay after your payment is confirmed. If the creator is offline, it plays the next time they are live with the overlay running.
Receipt. Payments are processed by NOWPayments, which provides the payment receipt and status for your order. ChillPass does not currently send a separate confirmation email.
Your content. Display names and messages must not contain links, hate, harassment or personal information. We may shorten or hide text that breaks these rules. The animation is still delivered.
Not included. No membership, subscription, account access, downloads or in-game items. Buyers must be 18 or older.
Refunds. See the refund policy. Questions: contact.
