What we collect. For a purchase: the display name and optional message you enter, the tier, and the order ID. For a join request: the name, contact and channel details you submit.
How we use it. Display names and messages are shown in the on-stream alert you bought. Order details are used to deliver your alert, handle refunds and answer questions. Join request details are used only to reply to you.
Payments. Payment details are handled by our payment processor on its own hosted page under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store card or wallet credentials.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. Your display name and message are visible to viewers of the stream when the alert plays.
Retention. Alert records are kept for up to 30 days. Order records are kept as long as needed for refunds and accounting.
